At Agri Planet Africa, we have always believed that sustainable farming, education, and youth leadership are the seeds of lasting change.
Now, we are taking an important step to expand this mission beyond borders.

Agri Planet Foundation Inc is a new U.S.-based nonprofit organization established to strengthen and support the work of Agri Planet Africa.
Though newly formed and still finalizing its 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, Agri Planet Foundation is positioned to deepen our global reach, build new partnerships, and ensure that communities have the tools they need to thrive.

By creating a dedicated U.S. nonprofit, we are building a bridge between continents—connecting individuals, partners, and communities who believe in a future rooted in sustainability, education, and leadership.

Board of Directors

The leadership of Agri Planet Foundation brings together expertise across education, agriculture, innovation, nonprofit management, and international development.

Board Officers and Directors:

Janelle Nightingale, MA — President & Treasurer
Janelle leads the Foundation’s operations, financial stewardship, and strategic growth. With a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and Digital Strategy and nearly two decades of nonprofit and international leadership experience, she is passionate about storytelling, community empowerment, and building resilient systems of change.
Elaina Cooley, MS — Secretary
Elaina oversees documentation, compliance, and board governance. She holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and brings exceptional organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a strong commitment to expanding educational access and opportunity.
Suzannah Masura, MS — Director
Suzannah supports the Foundation’s governance and strategic development. She holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and brings expertise in team dynamics, leadership development, and operational efficiency. Her passion for global impact and equity-driven solutions guides her role in shaping the Foundation’s mission.
