Hello Agri Planet Africa community! Today, we have some incredible news to share about our dedicated and visionary CEO, Ignatius Ahumuza. We couldn’t be more proud and inspired by his recent achievements and the recognition he has received for his tireless work in advocating for refugee children in Mbarara city.

Last week, Ignatius was invited to present our organization’s previous work with refugee children to officials from the prestigious Mastercard Foundation. His presentation highlighted the positive impact of our programs on the lives of these children and the potential for growth if we could expand our work to more schools in the refugee camp.

The response to his presentation was overwhelmingly positive, and we are thrilled to announce that Ignatius has been invited to Kenya for a training program with other like-minded individuals and organizations. The training will be an invaluable opportunity for Ignatius to network, learn from others in the field, and collaborate on innovative solutions to support refugee children.

This opportunity would not have been possible without the generous support of a kind donor who not only provided information for the presentation but also funded a significant portion of Ignatius’s travel and accommodation expenses. We are deeply grateful for this support, as it has allowed our CEO to share our mission and work with influential organizations and individuals who can help us create a more significant impact on the lives of those we serve.

The upcoming training in Kenya, scheduled for the end of this week, will be a two-day event where all participating groups will undergo training and present their requests for support. We are confident that Ignatius will excel in this environment, showcasing the incredible work Agri Planet Africa has been doing and securing the necessary support to expand our reach and positively impact more lives.
